This is my list of things that I will get done in the very near future:

Write elementary curriculum
Finish boyfriend's birthday present
Clean the room I am now calling a craftastrophe. Yes, I made it up. No, I don't care.
Practice my trumpet

Spin some more
Get MoonWalker to stop freaking out when I take him out of his pen. (today he tried to bite me in the ass when I took him out. Repeatedly. I couldn't tell if he was playing or being a jerk)
Weed my garden

Tonight we had our guard lock in. I'm kind of excited, because I actually have ideas for choreography, even though I am by no means a dancer. I got sick of getting bitten by mosquitoes outside, so I played the piano. I am working on Chopin's Prelude in e minor (because it's gorgeous. I love Chopin) and Andrew Ferris' Sonata in G minor. (I found it on Note Flight, which is an online music notation thing that works really well for the kids.) I'm not entirely sure, but I always enjoyed the minor keys more than the major ones. Part of it might just be the colors. They're very rich.

I got a box today from boyfriend. He's pretty amazing. Despite the lack of sleep, the being told to pay for 4 large pizzas that someone else ordered for the guard lock in (really... they could've done without pizza, and I guess I operate under the assumption that if you order it, that means you intend on paying for it), the bruises, the itching and the general crabbiness, it made my entire day. <3
